Ive been on alesse for about a year now.. and my period has always come the first day on sugar pills. Its 4 days late and I am realllly worried. I always get some cramps before I actually get my period to, Ive had them mildly not like I usually have them. Could I be Pregnant? because This has never happened I always get my period by now.

You could take a preg test to ease your mind.

My period doens't come until around Wed or Thurs (after ending the pill on a Sat), so I woulnd't worry, but you can take a test to be sure.
