I have had Raynauds for several years and my wife bought me some gloves at a sporting goods store that took "D" cell batteries and that worked it keeps my hands warm. There are battery operated socks also for this purpose. I found that regular gloves just kept the hands cold and didn't really warm them, sort of like insulated them. I also turn the stove on (ours is electric) and put my hands over it a little and this helps a lot.
I just found out that i'm a diabetic and I don't know the efect of having both of these at the same time. I'll find out. As far as the Carpel Tunnel Syndrom is concerned. I found out by accident 2 years ago a cure for that. I had arthritis real bad and was taking Knox Gelatin for it. Anyway 2 years ago I was
in New Mexico and I don't know what happened but I couldn't bend my right knee. It got swollen and my wife had to drive home to California as I couldn't bend my leg. We didn't have medical coveage in New Mexico.
I went to a doctor and he thought that I had the gout. He stuck a BIG needle in but came up with nothing. I had an MRI done and it was a torn cartlidge. At this time I was on crutches. He reccommended therapy treatments.
We were home watching the Masters Tournement (which we never watched) the announcer mentioned that the leader was from Spain and that he had been crippled by arthritis and was in a wheelchair and he was devestated. He
thought that he would never play golf again. Someone had told him of a new pill for this condition. My wife and I rushed out that afternoon and got it. Within 2 weeks I was feeling better. The first time that I went into therapy I was on crutches the second I was on a cane and the third time I walked out.
The pill I took was from Vitamin World (www.vitaminworld.com) Extra Strength
Chondroiten Complex with Glucosamine I take 3 tablets a day. Condroiten Sulfate is 1,200 mg. a day and Glucosamine Sulphate is 1,500 mg. a day. It also has Vitamin C 500 mg. and Manganese 5mg a day. I was scheduled to
have an authoscopy on my right knee. June 22 nd. 2 years ago (three this coming June) and the doctor canceled the operation. He had told me that prior to taking Chondroiten and Glucosamine I was loaded with arthritis. Now I was arthritis free. An extra benifit from these pills was that my Carpel Tunnel was
gone also. The dr's were going to cut a nerve. I didn't have the operation
done and these pills saved the day.
