hi anybody used apple cider Vinegar Pills?

I want to get some, to controll my eating in the evenings. I always get hungry really late, and I heard it makes u thirsty so I might can controll me drinking more water. I dont drink to much.

any Suggestions. i do controll my food, no chocolate and do exercise,.
