What's wrong with me? [Archive] - HealthBoards Message Boards

For the past week I have had white, sometimes clear, discharge everytime that I go to the bathroom. It kinda reminds me of right before I was ready to deliver my baby. My stomach is crampy and is very bloated. I feel like I am on my period with just no bleeding. I have not had a period for about 23 months because I had a baby last June and am breastfeeding. I don't have any burning or anything like that, so what's wrong? I would appreciate any help.

No I definitely know that I am not pregnant because hubby has been deployed for over 5 months. Just don't know what this is? :confused:

I nursed my daughter too.. that was 21 years ago.. but I still remember when I started my period again. I nursed her for 14 months.. it was month 12 when the bloating started, slight cramps and the discharge. You may be getting ready to start your period again regardless of breast feeding.
If nothing happens soon maybe you should call your doctor, see if she wants to see you. It may be nothing.. but it's always best to find out.

It sounds like ovulation has returned :) . My ovulatory mucus lasts about three days but I have whitish clear discharge for several days before and after.

The bloating and cramps may be PMS (typically starts several days after ovulation). You will most likely have a period in two weeks or so if you indeed did ovulate.
