hello,
i am a 19yr old female, and for the past week or so i have been waking up in the middle of the night with a completely numb right hand, this also occurs in the morinig when i wake. during the day my hand and arm are sore and slow feeling, twords the evening the pain creeps up almost to my neck. i have had some minor troubles with it for a while now, i play guitar and soreness is sometimes to be expected, but it has increased immensely recently. i also started a new job about a month ago which requires me to do repetive motion with that hand for long durations of time. please respond with any advice.
thank you,
jill

Get it looked at right away. Try and find someone near you who does Active Release Therapy. My chiropractor does it. You generally only need a few sessions. Mine was fixed after about three sessions. He uses the technique on my neck and shoulders too. Works great for those muscle cramps that massage can't get.
