Hi, I have cts in both wrists. I really would like to try to avoid surgery. Does anyone know of any stretching or excercise techniques that I could utilize? Does anyone know of any good websites for cts? Has anyone used a chiropracter for this? Thanks, any help would be greatly appreciated. eddie

Hi Eddie
Yes I used a chiropractor that used Active Release Techniques and got rid of my CTS.
It works on the myofascia of the muscle and does not necessarily have anything to do with the wrist. Call up chiropractors in your area to see who practices it. Search Dr. Leahy, Artive Release Therapy for more info.

I tried active release but it didn't work for me, like everything else, what works for one doesn't always work for another. If this is a job related injury, work comp doesn't always pay for it as it has a poor long term effect. Look into it first, some states do pay while others don't. The surgery wasn't that bad anyway, but if you are surgery phobic like me try everything else first like I did
