Hi, I've found this forum great and believe it may be helpful in resolving problem that a miserable girl (unmarried) is facing. Here is the detail with a request to help her:

Sumaira M. Nasir, a woman 26 from Asia (Gujranwala)
who is disabled due to parent’s negligence, is visiting
United States for surgical treatment of her legs
initially affected by polio. The chances of her
getting on feet are bright as her hip bones may be replaced.
Dr. Bronson of Sinai Hospital also confirmed it. At this
young age, she is spending miserable life where nobody
takes care of her needs. I’m financing her boarding
and lodging but due to limited resources, I cannot
afford the cost of surgery which will be around
US$50,000 ($20000 for hospital and $26000 for
Surgeon). I’ve got all reports and tests for her along
with estimates from the surgeons in New York City and
may be checked if needed. New York City where she is
going to be operated in July 2005, I’m trying to find
a source where she could be operated with less or zero
cost.

I would really appreciate if you can help in this
matter or identify sources where I can find help for
this woman who really deserves it. Any modest help
for an offer of free surgical procedure or support of
financial expenses/fee may bring joy and happiness
in her miserable life for which she will be much grateful
forever.
