Has anyone had this done? They offer it at a salon nearby for $15 and I'm thinking about getting done, just wondered what other people's experiences with it were. Thanks!

Thanks! Sponsor Yekcoh4 04-08-2005, 03:11 PM Is "manually" curling your lashes really that much of a hassel? HAHA, I'm just kidding..I just dont want anyone else that close to my eyes with any kind of chemical, or even just their fingers for that matter :) I have a heard enough time using my heated eyelash curler on myself! tryin2getfit 04-11-2005, 02:02 PM Its not that manually curling my eyelash is a hassle or anything... its just that when I curl them with an eyelash curler, my lashes seem to tangle, if that makes sense. The curler makes them go different directions, like it bends them to the sides instead of straight up in a curl. Then it looks horrible when I put on mascara. Yekcoh4 04-11-2005, 03:56 PM That's strange, but I've had that happen to me, but only when I hold the eyelash curler in the wrong position. I try to get as close as possible to the eyelid with the curler to avoid them bending in different directions. I used to be scared of that and thats when I had problems, but now I know nothing bad it going to happen. Though once I was curling them and my hand slipped and twisted and curler and it ripped out a bunch of lashes.....before I looked at myself in the mirror I almost cried because I saw how many came out on the curler, but when I looked I couldnt even tell, thank GOD! HAHA |
