I have had BV for well over a year now. Just finished Flagyl ER 750mg almost 2 weeks ago. Finished my period over a week ago. Noticed this morning I'm bleeding a little. It's not alot but it's noticeable. NO STD'S!!! Wondering maybe if it's PID or something to do with BV? Never had bleeding before with it though.
