We saw Dr.Pande today and he was concerned about the number of seizures Tripp was still having (11 in two months). I expressed my concern about the last time he upped his Lamitcal it caused headaches and vomiting and he had to cut back (at my request)....but he said he felt he had increased them to much over a period of such a short time (that is what I told him last time!) anyway, we are starting with adding 25 mg Lamitcal at night for 6 weeks then go back after seeing how he is doing and MAY add 25mg to the morning. He said his Tegertol levels were fine and did not need to increase that(at this time).

Our regular gp thinks that Tripp has an ulcer or GERD and this is why is he getting so sick at times...so he gave me Nexrum and it has worked so far...he still has lots of bleching going on. :)

So sorry he is having so many. I hope he can tolerate the med increase this time. So many things to balance....
