I've been going to physical therapy for my carpal tunnel and it has helped some. I don't want to get the surgery so I'm going to try whatever it takes to make this go away.
I found this book called,"Conquering Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Other Repetitive Strain Injuries by Sharon J. Butler. She suffered from carpal tunnel sydrome and discovered the Hellerwork which is a bodywork technique used to restore the body to its normal state of alignment by the stretching and manipulation of connective tissues known as fascia.
I just started reading this book, it has alot of great excercises to do to feel better. Just thought I'd share this information with you so we can all get better.
