Hi all,
I have noticed a peculiar thing recently. I keep having a recurring episode where I will feel quite light headed. I will sit down immediately and check my BP. My typical readings average 130/80 or so, with a 65 to 75 pulse. When I get these episodes, my readings drop to under 120/70. This of course is an ideal reading, but my body really doesn't like it, so my pulse will jump to 95-100. There doesn't seem to be any common denominator when it happens, ie. exercise, etc. Just sort of happens.
I have already cut my Lisinopril way down to the baby dose of 2.5 mg. Anyone else ever get these episodes?
Thanks, Brenden.
