I have had dandruff for awhile... and this all started about 1 year ago but my hair has been falling out... not in clump but just like 3..4 hairs a day or when I get a shower more then that but I just want to know if there is anyway to stop this and will this hair regrow?

I have had the dandruff under control now for about a week but It still falls out... I heard that u can use oil and have a high protean diet? or hang upside down... does any of this work?

I also have a little dandruff, and when I pull my hair I pull out 1-3 peices. I think I have weak hair... Any help for me too?
