Has anyone tried a product called Fatigued to fantastic by Enzymatic therapy? It is gurantee to improve energy within 3 months (of course, I don't know how it would work for those with chronic fatigue since that is another condition altogether separate from general fatigue) I myself am recovering from mono (after have it for over a year) and am still very tired and am willing to try anything. Just wondering if anyone has heard of it.

I haven't tried this product although I do own Dr. Teitelbaum's book, "From Fatigued To Fantastic". Its a very interesting and enlightening book...I don't necessarily agree with everything that he says because some of it isn't backed up with hard research but at least he's giving out ideas. Now whether or not enzymatic therapy can improve energy is a bit controversial...most doctors agree that enzyme therapy is absolutely worthless although others claim it helps. I say if you feel like you have nothing to lose by trying it go ahead...i'm interested to see how it works for you. Still though, don't miss the big picture that Dr. Teitelbaum presents...in the book he discusses a very WIDE variety of treatment to be given ALL AT ONCE. He feels that if you tackle every problem simultaneously, there is little doubt that you'll better. This involves extensive use of vitamins, minerals, herbs, medications, hormone replacement, possibly antibiotics, antivirals, etc. Read the book and you'll see what I mean.
