The lymph nodes under my arms are very painfull when I press on them, but are not swollen. This is most pronounced under my arms toward my upper chest. I am male and 47 years old. Anyone have similar problems?

Im going thru the same thing , Dr. says its not lymph nodes but underarms have hurt for months.
