2. I apply SSD on April 16th 2003. If i got approved for disability My kid's are going to get back pay since April 16th 2003 ???? i have 2 kid's.

Last year in my Social Security Statement they say if i am disable my payment would be about (000).

If i get disability benefits, my kid's are going to get some benefits. how much my kid's going to get Money each Month. I have 2 kid's. :confused:

first off you should wear what makes you comfy...
and if you put your kids names on your application when you first applied on april 2003 then yes they will get back pay and a monthly share.but it will be split between the 2 kids.
say you would get 800.00 a month...your 2 kids could get 400.00 for both.that would be 200.00 for each child.but that wil be figured out if you get approved and how much work credits you have too.
also if you have a lawyer or rep working with you they get 25 percent of your back pay and 25 percent of your kids too.
ssa will also figure that out for you too.
your kids i am assuming is under 18 yrs old.if so that is good..
