I will be 17 years old next month. My problem is that I have very overdeveloped breasts. My sister and mother have large breasts also but I have gotten so big that my underwear has to be custom fitted and comfortable clothes are harder to find. Last summer the doctor told me that it was hard to tell if I had a condition called "juvenile hypertrophy" or if I just had naturely large breasts. He said the ratio of gland to fat in my breasts was a little high. He said there is no way to stop breast growth and that before any reduction surgery could be done that growth should have stopped for one year. I have had more growth since that time and I think I have gotten bigger even in the last few months. My mother and sister both stopped growing by age 17. I'm not sure I want a breast reduction but I don't want to be any larger. Is that any drug or technique to stop breast growth? When should it stop naturely?
