Hi, yes its good to take the separate B50.
There's barely any Vitamin B in these multi vitamins.
I take the B100, which has double the amount of Vitamin B then the B50.
Here's the amount of Vitamin B in the Centrum.
Its not that much.
Thiamin (B1) 1.5 mg 100%,
Riboflavin (B2) 1.7 mg 100%
Niacin (B3) 20 mg 100%
Vitamin B6 2 mg 100%
Folate, Folic Acid, 400 mcg
Vitamin B12 6 mcg
There's also not enough Vitamin C and Calcium in the Multi Vitamin.
The Centrum only has 60MG of Vitamin C. You need atleast 500 MG
The Calcium in the Centrum is only 162 mg.
You need atleast 500 to 600 MG of Calcium.

Here's my routine.
I take the GNC Multi Ultra Mega Green. Check out the vitamins in this Multi.
It has 500 Vitamin C.
I also take a separate B100 and I take 600 MG of Calcium and 200 IU of Vitamin D.
I really like the Walgreens store brand Calcium.
They sell 400 Calciums, that are 600 MG and 200 IU Vitamin D for 13 99.
Alot of times you will see it on sale for 9 99.
This will last me an entire year.
I get the High Potency Calcium 600 + D.
The best is the Calcium Carbonate.
Dont get the Oyster Shell for any calcium. That has more led then the Calcium Carbonate.
Also, Sundown makes the Vitamins for Walgreens.
