i am 23 years old with a change in eye sight and sudden headaches with slight off balance or slight dizziness thats started about 6 months ago!! i went to seea doc and he said i had congestion in my left nosril and he told me to take some nasal spray!! i did not like the nasal spray!he told me not to take and sudafed because my blood pressure was around 140/80 and i was stunned cause i never had hbp but before the doc visit i had a stressful event that my apartment company was gonna kick us out over false noise complaints!!long story there! well i got some dizziness and headache or pressure and blood in my snot and aoccasional nose bleeds!! i checked my bp at a grocery store and it was 135/80 and i freaked and ever since then i have had those pre-high and some high readinds at grocery stores and urgent care centers!! i bought a home monitor a while back and i get readings in the 120's over 70' and i do get normal readings sometimes!!! i have noticed when i take my bp i get this adrenalin or breathing problem!! i guess it is anxiety but how come i cant just breathe regularly when i take it? does an average person taking their bp breathe ok and not breathe from the stomach like i do!!! so i guess my question is do i have anxiety or do i have hbp and my monitor is just not working right? but i have noticed 6 months after seeing my bp go up i have lately been getting chest cramps mainly on my left side under my breast and occaisional like streching discomfort in the center when i strech my arms back and my chest forward! they dont really hurt but just annoying!! i am concerned about this and i saw a doc before i got my home monitor and he checked my bp and it was 140/80 and i felt nervous there too!! i just cant seem to relax when i take my blood pressure!!!

Sounds like anxiety and high blood pressure to me. I would go back to see your doctor about both of them. High blood pressure can cause headaches.
Good luck.
Good luck.
