I woke up with a stiff neck 4 days ago. After being annoying the first day, it went on to give me headaches everyday for the last 3. I have been taking tylenol every 4 hours for the headache which bothers my stomach. Sometimes I almost feel like I have the flu or something. Any ideas on what to do besides a chriopractor? I will probably end up going to one if it doesn't improve, but right now it's the weekend and that isn't possible. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
