Ok this has been a reoccuring thing for about 6 months now. I had been getting a blister like thing w/ a black blotch thing in the middle of it on the inside top part of my right leg. It has popped before and a little puss like substance has came out. But last night it popped overnight and I recently looked at it and it's now a hole in my leg. Not a big hole just about 1 cm in diameter and about 1/4 an inch deep. Before it would just come up and go away within a week. But it is actually a hole now. This is spooky and I've looked at the skin cancer pictures and it looked nothing like that. So I know that's not what it is. But it doesn't hurt at all and never did itch. Does anyone know anything about this??? I'm going to the doctor tomorrow but I want a second opinion just incase. Thanks!! :)

does the pus smell?
the very first thing that hit my mind as soon as i read this was a brown recluse spider bite. my friend got bitten by one twice..(she of course didnt know it either time). she developed a blister, that had a black middle to it. pus came out of it...and eventually it kept getting bigger and bigger...she has a scar on her leg where it was. (she did have to go to the dr and have the poison removed, and had to pack it with gauze and stuff, as the hole was pretty big. brown recluse bites get infected from the inside out....eats away at your flesh/tissue from the inside out. she said that the pus smelled so awful that it made her puke. so, if i were you, i would have this looked into and insist that they at least think about the possibility of a brown recluse spider bite.
