i have been trying to find my problem for a year and half.i fell or passed out working on a big truck. i was inside truck found myself outside on the ground and dont know how i got there. i thought i was having a heart attack. i was really dizzy and had nausea. i went to the hospital got checked out with chest xrays electrcardigram. they kept me overnight and said if i had any problems come back. well after a few hours i found a knot on the back of my head and my neck was really sore. i had mri on my neck and they said it was alright gave me pills for dizziness and sent me home. i am sorry to go on an on but i dont know how else to explain it. well i was off work for 2 weeks and still having some dizzy spells. well 3 mos went bye. i lifted something really heavy at work. the next morning i got out of bed moved my neck and it felt like an electric shock all the way to my toes when i moved my neck. went to the doctor they tought i had a pinched nerve but mri didnt show it.well i year and half has went bye i have had brain scans,and mri of my neck, emg. and mylegram recently. my neurologist said he does not know what is wrong maybe it was ms. i dont know if i have it. i move my neck now i get tingling in my hands, my ears ring and i am a nervous wreck my stomach hurts my chest gets tight and get real hot sometimes doing nothing. any body got any ideas i am open for suggestions i know my docotrs dont know. thanks philr

Hi Phil,
Welcome, though I'm sorry you even have the need to come here.

Though we can throw out some ideas and offer support, we're not doctors and we can't really help you with a diagnosis.

That said, your symptoms do sound suspicious of MS, but there are other things that can mimic it. Has your doctor suggested a lumbar puncture? Sometimes when MRIs look fine, they might be able to tell if you have MS due to certain elevated proteins in your spinal fluid.

I know it gets discouraging when the symptoms keep happening, but the doctor can't find anything. Hang in there and keep searching for the truth!
