Anyone know of any brands of any antioxidant creams which may help to reverse skin damage? I am careful now, but I was dumb when it came to the sun as a teenager and young adult. I want to try to heal my skin if possible. I try to keep out of the sun as much as possible, and I have been taking large doses of E, A, and C for quite sometime. I have hard that topical versions have also been shown to reverse skin damage. Thanks in advance..

what kind of skin damage are you referring to? I am sorry I do not know what to suggest. I am at the point in my life and this cancer that I do not mind the scarring from the surgical removal of the cancer. (I have stage 2B MM)

Vit D and what you are doing are a good thing...but as for reversing the lifelong effects of tanning (leathery skin?) deep wrinkles? I am not sure that there is really any thing to reverse. Just stop it from getting worse. But like I said I do not know.

My skin is not damaged in that way, I never suntanned or used tanning beds but still got mm from maybe a couple of burns as a child BEFORE sunscreens were invented (really!)

Have you spoken at all with a dermatologist?

I don't have any noticeable skin damage such as cracking and wrinkling. My skin appears to be very healthy for the most part.
I am more concerned about "invisible" damage...
and I am hoping to start reversing/treating it..I was young and dumb..man I wish I could go back:(
