I just took my BP and the reading was 100/73. I dont undersatnd why my bottom number is that high. I have been under alot of stress lately maybe that is why? My bottom numbers usually are in the 60's at home, shoul I be concerned?

Your BP is still excellent. 73 diastolic is still an optimal # and I wouldn't be concerned at all.
