I tried searching the net, and I thought I read somewhere yesterday that nausea can come from lymphoma. Yestrday and today i have had a nausous/ burny type feeling in the very upper area of my stomach in the center....does anyone know of either anemia or lymphoma can do that? It seems to be able to cause a wide range of symptoms, so I thought maybe it was all connected. Sorry to ask so many ?'s

Lymphoma of the stomach or gastrointestinal system can cause nausea, chiefly because the tumors interfere with digestion. The area you are describing sounds like gastric reflux.
