Hi everyone,
I 'm wondering when is the right time to take vitamins? Is it in the morning or later in the day. Also, is it better to take them with something to eat or a empty stomach? Thanks.

A multivitamin should be taken with food at breakfast. Most multivitamins contain vitamins D, E, A & K. These are fat soluble vitamins and require
a certain amount of fat for absorption. Also, vitamins that contain the B's
will give you a "boost" and you don't want that effect in the evening before bedtime. Vitamins in the liquid form or at least chewable form are better than the pill form for better assimilation (digestion & absorption). If you take a separate B-Complex, this group is water soluble and does not require fat for absorption.

I also take my vitamins in the morning with breakfast.

take half at night and half at breakfast. the body needs a 24 hour supply of micro-nutrients. just because you sleep, it doesn't mean the cells in your body all sleep too.

Break the pills in half and take half with breakfast and half with dinner. That way you get nutrients all day long.

I think the best is what the last two posters said, take them in the morning and at night. However I would recommend for most people to take them in the morning with breakfast because this is the easiest time to take them.
