So I'm wondering if anyone can help me with this. Its not a major problem I don't even know what you'd call it.
K, here is the deal.
my jaw is sore. Its can hurt yes, but its not a pain. If I had to describe it I'd call it a tired feeling. and when I'm eating my tongue kind of gets tired and so its all a tired effort there. Its been like this for a week now I just ignored it at first but its starting to bug me.
any suggestions at whats up with me?

I know its a different question but anyone have any ideas. I have to have the littlest bitest if I'm not willing to deal with it getting tired.

Many people subconsciously grind or clench their teeth in their
sleep-- it's technically known as "bruxism". That could account for the jaw muscle fatigue you are experiencing.
Also, some people do something unconsciously called 'tongue thrusting"...where they push their tongue against their bottom front teeth while clenching the jaw at the same time.

Have you been anxious or tense lately?

On a much simpler note, have you been chewing gum a lot recently??
That'll do it too!
