what I have is puzzling to me. My toes and feet are alwys cold, but toes moreso. Toes are numb. Still have feeling but they are numb. There is pain that radiates over top of foot. This is especially noticable in the morning when I get out of bed and start to walk. Lately I have felt a restriction from the foot up the leg for about 10 inches Feels sort of like I have a tight sock on. Doctors have told me I have good circulation in my feet. I also have Raynauds syndrome so sometimes my toes go white and then are really cold. Tryglicerides check out ok so I do not think it is diabetes. Anybody else have these symptoms? :bouncing:

Don't smoke, never have. Doctor says my circulation to feet is very good.

Have you had a MRI to check for any displaced discs?
