I'm 23 and have been trying to get pregnant for a little while now. I have had 3 miscarriages before I met my husband and had cervical cancer removed. Any ideas on how I can try to speed this process up? Helpful tips?

First of all welcome, and sorry to hear about your losses and cancer (((hugs)))
have you read "taking charge of your fertility" by toni weschler? it is a must have book! its easy to understand book, and the charting method in it, is really easy and quick to do.
i got pg first cycle following it, as it allows you to pinpoint ovulation day. so you can bd around that time. its a fabulous book!

I haven't read that. Thanks!!
I spoke with my doc and all he did was put me on prenatals (which I had been on OTC prenatals for over a yr now).
