I just home from my colonoscopy and the GI Doc told me I have spastic colon and during the procedure that she had to give something to open the one part of my bowel to continue and also noted that I have single diverticulum (sp) in my sigmoid area. My ascending colon looked hypeseic (sp) and they did a biopsy for colitis in that area. But over all no polyps and nothing cancerous.

This is good news. I'm so glad you no longer will be worrying. Getting tested is so important and I just wish more people would insist on these tests when they have concerns. Good for you and stay healthy!
