CD 33 and still no AF and high temps!
But I have a dilema. Please help me solve it.
My usual temp time is 5:30.
Woke today at 4:50 and tossed and turned for about 1/2 hour trying to get back to sleep before I decided to temp. It was 36.79. Hubby was snoring--I kept looking at my mobile for the time--and not falling back to sleep was really bugging me. I felt 100% awake.
Then, after temping at 5:15, I of course fell RIGHT back to sleep, slept hard, and woke up at 6:20. My temp then was 36.89.
What temp would you use? Tomorrow marks the absolute longest cycle I've had in a year (33 days-once in the past year) so I'm hoping this isn't the start of the end!
Please offer any advice!

As you didnt take your temp immediately on waking at 4.50 then you have to not use any temp. just mark it as distrubed.

forgot to say if using software then put in the 36.79 but mark as distrubed (because tossing and turning and being awake would raise temperature) also mark down the time it was taken, eg 4.50
the second temp is also no good because you hadnt had 3 continuous hours sleep, and when you did wake after that sleep it was way past when you normally take it.

My temperature goes down when I toss and turn. It also goes down when I wake up and am up and about. Once I had gotten up and about and went to the bathroom (which I know doesn't count, but I was trying to see what trend it was on), my temp went down to 36.68.
I thought within an hour is considered an "acceptible window" to take temps. If so, then the 6:20 reading is only 50 minutes past my normal 5:30 reading.
Who knows? I'm beginning to think my body is playing tricks on me and I will never see a BFP.
Thanks so much for the information...

I would have to agree with bronicagirl, discard that temp as you MUST have 3 hours solid sleep to be able to have an accurate temp.
Hopefully you will have a more accurate temp today :)
