Hello. I have had more and more problems with headaches over the past year. It started with getting headaches from drinking alcohol (even very small amounts), which lasted for several days. Now I get headaches from all sorts of sources; people smoking in my vicinity, bus-riding, air with low degrees of oxygen (enclosed spaces, etc.), and possibly (not sure of this) perfume. I also think I've got a headache from stress (once). The doctor gave me a migraine medicine, but that wouldn't help. Paracetamol, acetylsalicyl acid, etc. won't help at all. In fact, the only thing that helps is soccer training, and then only if I get completely exhausted. I've tried running and bicycling, but that doesn't help at all. If I don't train the headache will most often just go on and on. It doesn't stop by itself. Have you any idea of what could relieve this?
