Well it's not EXACTLY a problem, but I just wanna know why?? I am a 17 year old girl, I shave my legs, I have hair down below - but yet, still no hairs under my arms... I'm beginning to get worried now, aren't you supposed to have them when your about 12? If it doesn't mean anything, then who cares! No shaving under there for ever! But does any know what it could mean????

It means you don't have to shave there....cool!! In this day and age....seems "hairless" is in. I wish I didn't have to shave my armpits.

If you're developing normally I don't think it's an issue (periods, breasts, hips)..but you could check with your doc next time you see him/her.

Yeah i sweat through my armpits like everyone else, but hey, maybe it is cool then lol I best mention something though next time I go to doctors just to make sure, everything else has developed fine yeah. Okies then thanks for your advice! :)

Consider yourself VERY lucky. I have very little hair on my head (very thin) but ample elsewhere. I would love to have the hair under my arms removed but I would go broke. Don't worry about it. I wish I had your problem. :wave:

i wouldn't think twice about it- i'm 33 and i think i finally got armpit hair in my 20's! and there's only about 5 under each arm, even now! however, i do get my upper lip waxed, haha! go figure!

Lucky girl. I'm currently having mine removed. You aren't missing out on anything.

I looked it up on the internet and haven't found anything so I wouldn't worry but it would ease your mind if you asked your doctor.

I am 29 and still don't have it. I'd rather have it than leg hair. My mom doesn't have leg hair. Never has. Lucky!
