I take a vitamin b 100 complex and the niacin says (as niacidamide). The pharmacist told me that it wouldn't cayse the flushing of the skin in this form. I have notcied that I am getting flushing about 1 hour after I take it even though it is the timed release form. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Thanks
