I feel like the right front side of my collarbone is larger than the left side. It also seems a little puffy in the area. Occasionally I have had problems swallowing - feels like food gets stuck. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks for any help.

I would suggest bringing this up with your PCP or make an appt with an orthopedic doctor for evaluation. Sometimes people are not symetrical (from one side of the body to the other), but if this is something new that is happening - it really should be looked at. As for the swallowing difficulty - this should also be addressed with a doctor separately. You might want to look at the thyroid boards for some possible answers (hypoT or goiter). These two problems are probably not related, but both in their own respects should be mentioned to a doctor.
