undefinedundefined :confused: I recently took a blood test about 2 weeks ago and found out my hemocrit level was 36, then I took another one 1 week later and it fell to 34...does anyone know what it could be attributed to? Perhaps diet, I need to see a doctor and will follow up, I couldnt sleep last night thinking about this. Then I remember getting dizzy after I got up from lying down a lot, and some time ago (about 3 weeks ago) I had severe abdominal pain that woke me up from a dead sleep. Any responses out there? tks..gl
