Does anyone have any suggestions on pain relievers, asprin tends to make me wheez quite a bit. I have a raging headache and am affraid to take anything in fear of having an asthma attack.

That is something you should talk to your doctor about. You could try calling a pharmacy and speaking with the pharmacist in the meantime. Good luck.

Not going against the suggestion of a doctor's advice, but just wondering if Tylenol would be an option for you? My doc's didn't give me any 'no-nos' as to taking OTC pain relievers, so I should think that would be a good option. :) Melissa

I've started taking Tylenol without problems. Ibuprofen was causing me problems, but the Tylenol doesn't.

Glad to hear it!!! Different people respond to different things. My husband likes Goody powders (nasty - yuk) because they work well for him, but will also take Tylenol and Ibuprofin if he absolutely cannot find any of those. My oldest takes Tylenol only because Ibuprofin doesn't work all that well for him. My youngest takes Ibuprofin only because Tylenol does nothing for him. I take Tylenol most of the time, because I like the way it works and how it doesn't react with any of the other meds I'm on. Now that you've found something that works, keep it on hand. Just be careful, as with any drug, to not overdose...even though it's a great med, it can do damage if taken in the wrong amounts.

:) Melissa
