No my spouse didn't kick me out of the bedroom :) I don't even have a partner and I'm happy with that for now
I haven't been able to fall asleep in my bed for a long time and it's the strangest thing. The couch is where I fall asleep with the tv on. I know I don't sleep very well on the couch but it's better than no sleep at all. Any ideas?

Has it been a long time since you turned your mattress or purchased a new one? It could be a comfort issue.
Or, you might want to consider having a TV or radio in your bedroom and set it on a timer to switch off after a certain numbre of minutes.

quite a lot of people can only fall asleep in front of the TV in a chair or need the radio on all night, I would do whatever you need to get the sleep and not worry
