hi, ive begun to notice that if i yawn really hard or swallow occasionally, i get a very slight and brief clicking noise in my left ear. My ears never fear full nor do they ever "pop". It just clicks slightly under these circumstances. could this be normal or allergy related. Am i looking too much into this or is this somethin i should explore?

i just read somewhere that clicking is normal for yawning bc of the change in pressure or something. now im just curious why it is on one ear?

any ideas?
