for the past couple of weeks my feet have ached and hurt constantly you know the feeling like you have been shopping all day long and on your feet I cant figure out whats wrong with them or what my next move should be I have been trying to soak them I have a very big arch in my feet I dont know if that has anything to do with it cause I have always had the arch and never had trouble before this pain is becoming aggrevating though does anyone have any suggestions?

Not sure what it is - but I now know that if I had gon earlier to the Podiatrist, I might have saved myself from some surgery. Listen to your feet and have them checked out!

Do you have heel pain also? Could be plantars facitiis, heel & arch pain. See a Dr. if it doesn't let up soon.

no my heels dont hurt at all its the middle and sides of both feet
