View Full Version : What's a good multivitamin for women/weight loss?

Right now I am taking GNC "Women's Ultra Mega" and it has everything women need (supposedly). I am not really feeling too different with this stuff after months of taking it religiously (the salesperson said I'd have more energy). Plus, it's kind of spendy at $30 a bottle. What's a good multivitamin for women, or in particular something to help me curb my appetite (maybe more fiber/protein) or just help my body regulate itself and speed up my metabolism? (Note that I don't expect some miracle pill to lose weight for me, I doubt that would ever happen, I just want something that might help even in the slightest).
