I have constant burining in my throat, then a sensation of something being stuck there. I also feel my mouth get very hot at times, as if i had a fever, but i don't.
The back of my throat has white spots, does this happen when acid reflex irritates the throat?

Sigh- The sensation of something being stuck in your throat is a symptom of GERD, or more so of LPR.( theres a great post on lpr if you scroll down a little ways). Acid could very well cause the burning in your throat, as for the white spots i am not sure, some else may know on this board or go get it checked by a doctor. Anway, Id go to the doctor anyway so he can diagnosis it and you can get on some medicine to relieve your symptoms. Best Wishes
