Hi, my name is Emily, im 17 yrs old and I am new and i have severe pain in my left leg(neropathy) from an unknown disorder I was hoping i may get support here

:confused: Sorry Emily,
I'm know to have "open mouth and insert foot" syndrome. Welcome to the board.
I have had neuropathy in my left thigh from a long road trip since 2000. Now I have it in my right calf from stooping on my knees wrong. My Neurologist told me that any pain that lasts longer than a year wont be going away. I've been on Neurontine and now it's generic cousin ever since.
I have full blown neuropathy for about a year now with pinching throughout my body, toes, feet, arms, face, eyes, neck etc. It can be very lonely here in pain.
Stay with us and air your hurt little self everyday, everyweek, or every hour is necessary.

Don't Bother,
I am glad you decided to join. I am in the same boat as you. A bit depressed, looking for some answers, and sick of all the pain.
I am only 25 years old and have already had two back surgeries. Sometimes I feel sorry for myself but then I realize it could be alot worse and try to appreciate what I have. I have constant pain in my left leg. Medication helps a but...it allows me to function.
Anyhow...hope you get some relief from the board.
