39 yr old female this mornings bp read 152/94 pulse was at 83? what do you think?

How many readings have you recorded? Did you sit quietly for several minutes, sitting, feet flat, arm resting at heart level?

If it's a one-time reading I wouldn't be concerned. If that's a long term, multi-reading average, I'd get it checked.

Were you stressed for any reason?

That's only a little high, take all the measures described above and elsewhere on this board before taking medicine. 83 is not a bad pulse, esp. if you were nervous at all.
