This is a huge problem in our country we seem to be only addressing the issues of CP where the funding dollars are going and that is part H funding 1-3 years of age.
I would recommend that you find a local non profit resource center in your (area)?
If you need any help I would try contacting PHP Parents helping parents they may have some resourse for you.

I am a mother of a teen ager of 17 years of age with severe cerebral palsy so we have been networking for a while. All the best Debra

Dear Lascot,
I too had dificulty finding a doctor that treats adults with Cerebral Palsy. I recently moved from Southern California to Oregon. I contacted the United Cerebral Palsy Association in Portland, Oregon to get a referral for a doctor in Eugene. When I was living in Southern California I phoned the Orange County chapter of the United Cerebal Palsy Association. I sopke to a very nice woman who referred me to her doctor. In both cases the United Cerebral Palsy Association was very helpful. You might try the United Cerebral Palsy Association nearest to you. Good luck with your search.

hi,

i dont mean to sound stupid,& i might be misinterpreting what you are saying, but shouldnt you be able to go to any practioner you wish& be treated? i do. i never heard of a doc specializing in this other than an orthopedist.
