At this point i'm no logger in school and living with my cousin. She's trying eveything to care for me. I've had about 13 shots of botox with some befint. I'v also went throught 24 sessions of HBO.

Hello Samantha,
I too am new to this site. I also had Botox injections last year. I found them to be vbery helpful. My C.P. is very mild. I have been fortunate and have had a very active life. I hope you have continued success with your Botox injections. For what it is worth I researched Botox before I got my injections. A Registered Nurse from UCLA Cerebral Palsy Medical Center Clinic advised me about Botox. UCLA Cerebral Palsy Center has been using Botox for over fifteen years with positive sucess. I wish you well with your situation. Good Luck

Samantha......I was wondering if you can support me with some information on HBO...Im trying to get as much info as possible.....If i get good feedback from it..and it seems to be worth a try, we might go for it..its for our 4 yr old daughter with CP...cant walk cant talk....but she seems to be really smart...she doesnt have much control over her body..
if you can, can you list how HBO works...approx how much it costs...and all that good info that you have from experiance....
I would appreciate it!!

how HBO work for me was that it allowed me to gain a bit more control of my legs. this only was evedent after my seventh session. I don't know what it costs anywhere but here in Ottawa, Canada which was $100.00 per session. People with CP often require up to 10 sessions to be any benfit.
