hey guys - just a little excersie that i find helps me (i dont get dizzy thankfully .. i just feel disconnected and have ear problems) i close my eyes and balance on one foot for 30 seconds on each foot. -- its really hard but i think its helping me

I do the same thing and think it helped me a bunch too, especially going back about a year. I still do it daily. You might want to check out this thread on it:

that's one of my favorites! it was actually the first VRT exercise I was assigned. If you want to challenge yourself even more try doing it while standing on some foam or pillows with your arms crossed on your chest. (but be sure to stand in a corner if you do that... in case you start to fall the walls will catch you :) )

I do this too and find it hard - when I open my eyes my dizziness is bad! :eek:
