Does anyone know if the basic WBC and RBC counts are within normal range, BUT, the breakdown of neurophil, lymphocyte, monocytes or eosinophil is High, should it be of concern? This is in a child that has easy bruising, and fatigue and periodic "growing pains". I seem concerned some, but the dr. don't. thanks

The doctor would know for sure if the values were out of range for the child. Children have different range references than adults as well. If the child continues to have symptoms after 3 months from last tests. Have the doctors check again. Sometimes low grade infections will throw the values out of range and it takes awhile after the infection is gone for the values to return to normal on testing. Aches and pains in a child is not normal if it continues.
