a month or two, i started to gain weight. I jumped from 130 to 140. And i went to the doctor on thursday and they said that i was148. I dont mind gaining this weight cuz i want it to go to the right places if you know what i mean. The only probelm with this sudden weight gain is now i have a stomach that sticks out. It so embarassing. Some people around my campus think iam pregnant even though iam not, its ridculous. Is there someway i can get rid of my stomach without losing to much weigth especially weigth from my thighs? I like how i look in jeans now, but the probelm is my stomach sticks out so much. it makes me look like iam a least 1month or two months pregnant. help needed please  :) I also wanted to know if i start excerising can i still eat what i want even though am excercising on a regular basis?

Try counting calories, if you eat 500 less calories per day than what you eat normally you will lose 1-2 pounds a week. Also if you burn 500 calories per day excerise I'm assuming you could eat normally and still lose weight.

walking, upper body "twists", perhaps some yoga. Make it fun while you workout. Adding a healthy diet rich in Fruits, Veggies, and whole grains will in no time have that stomach gone. Also remember to make sure your getting in at least 8 + cups of water a day. ;)

P.S. Do you drink beer? Often people form a 'beer belly'.

God Bless,
Summer Storm
