Subs rocks! scotsman9 04-24-2005, 09:15 PM Hey CL, That link is actually up in the archive under "vestibular rehab" for future reference. Hope you're having a good weekend. I'm back to normal again after that drama last week. I've been chilling with the biofeedback thing plus seeing friends - all helps enormously. Talk soon....Scott x Katkin 04-25-2005, 06:43 AM Ooh then I've probably already seen it. Scott rocks too! Feel great soon Scott!! :) scotsman9 04-25-2005, 07:09 AM Hi Katkin, I'm feeling really great again....thanks for the thoughts. Everything settled down and I have been doing some serious relaxation stuff 3x a day now using this biofeedback software I bought. It's working. Sleeping well and not feeling off the planet at all. Going to keep this up until this brain of mine gets used to feeling nothing but "chilled out" again. Hopefully when the next stress out comes, it won't push me over the edge ever again. How are you doing at the mo? Cheers....Scott  crazylabyrinth 04-25-2005, 02:48 PM Glad you're good scott. Im nto too good - worked entire weekend and really working lots generally...and now have another cold coming...nt unusual considering am surrounded by germs all day, not sleeping well and working ridiculously. Wont get a weekend this weekend either as being assessed next wk. Nt sure how im coping with this! Hugs xxx Katkin 04-25-2005, 03:26 PM Oh Scott!!! Well done! I'm so glad you're feeling great. Seriously, that's brilliant. What's biofeedback software? Oh that must be wonderful "not feeling off the planet at all"!! Good man! Me? Well I'm getting over a weird infection thing respiratory infection or something. Been feeling extra ill for ages and put it down to the ever changing ear thing but my Mum forced me to go to Drs. Had a week of antibiotics but think I might need some more. Still getting earache and really bad jaw ache etc. Feeling a bit whacked out, was disorientated on Saturday but hung on in there. I'm bound to feel weird at the moment as it was 1st week back to college and I worked both weekend days plus lots of work to get in for college. Felt bit dizzy in bed but no 'swooping'. I'm not too bad though! :) Quite positive, looking forward to college finishing in a few weeks and getting a bit of rest!! Keep feeling great mate!!! |
